Does anyone know what the latest number is?
It seems that we are growing in numbers

The member information is given at Grand Lodge every year, maybe a proxy report would contain the numbers. They of course can be obtained by contacting the Grand Secretary via numerous sites.

I believe that RW John Ryan told us at the 5th District GLI that there are c. 34,000 Freemasons in NJ under the GL.

Are you asking how many freemasons there are in NJ? Or do you mean under the jurisdiction of the GL of NJ F&AM? There are 19 Grand Lodges in New Jersey that consider themselves to be freemasons. check out: www.bessel.org/glsusa.htmThere are two "regular" Grand Lodges: ours and the MW Prince Hall Grand Lodge of NJ F&AM. www.mwphglnj.org/All in all...there are many freemasons. Just in my workplace alone...I am always running into brothers.

The only problem is that I know of at least 6-8 members of my lodge with dual membership, and I believe that they are counted twice!
