Brothers all,
Our annual weekend Masonic Leadership conference is fast approaching. It will again be held at the Pennsylvania Grand Lodge facility in Elizabethtown, Pa., April 28-30, 2006.
The first presentation begins at 7 p.m. on Friday (dinner/registration starts at 5) and we will be leaving by 10 a.m. on Sunday.
Besides a guest speaker and dinner discussions with the Elected Grand line, topics to be addressed include:
Motivating the Membership Building Leadership Skills Lodge Management ( including Term Planning, Finance) Masonic Concepts Increasing Membership/Community Involvement Officer Development Membership Retention Lodge Communications History of New Jersey Freemasonry Constitution and By-laws Protocol
Attendance is strictly limited to 96 Brothers state-wide.
If you are a white-apron Brother, will be in an officer's chair in 2006(Deacons and Wardens preferred) and wish to receive many of the tools that you will need to both ensure a successful year as Master and to help bring your Lodge into the new millennium, this weekend will be indispensable to your preparations.
Those who can make the time for this program, and wish to attend, should contact your District Deputy Grand Master. This program is totally funded by the Grand Lodge of New Jersey as part of its ongoing commitment to the strengthening our Blue Lodges.
